I took the plunge and baught a 10lb bag of chicken quarters for $5.80. It was on sale. I divided it up and it will last me at least 2 months. I was able to start raw feeding sooner than I had expected. I just want to thank everyone who helped me by answering questions, giving me links, and more!!! If not for this site I would have never thought to feed raw. I will only be able to feed my Dachshund raw though. From eating kibble so long my 10 year old pom has too many teeth problems and would not be able to chew everything right, he can only have soft food. Jake will stick to Taste of the wild. For the first 3 weeks she will just eat chicken quarters then I will add the organs, liver, and etc later. I can't wait to see the improvement! Thanks everyone!!
I hate you! I get my 10lbs bags for $6.69!!! Oh btw check back on your answer about brewers yeast I have a read via link under "foods to avoid" yikes!
