Building a Simple DIY Chicken Coop Will Provide You With All The Answers to Your Chicken Housing Requirements

There has never been a better time to be able to fulfil your chicken housing requirements with the minimum of fuss. There is so much information available to you at the touch of a button, it really could not be more simple and if you are serious about keeping poultry then you know that your chicken housing requirements are of paramount of importance.

Chickens are very easy to keep and will give you hours of pleasure and satisfaction, especially when you collect your first fresh tasting, healthy free range eggs. You just have to address a few simple needs to keep them healthy and happy. They are pretty uncomplicated creatures but, to be able to have access to a huge encyclopaedia of knowledge at your fingertips is totally invaluable.

You can make your own informed choices and provide your chickens with the perfect accommodation that will suit both you and their specific requirements. To buy a readymade coop is an option in housing your poultry but it will not really give you the versatility that building your own does.

They are very expensive to buy and do not represent good value for money, certainly when you look at the actual cost of any materials that would have been used in making it. You can purchase the same amount at a fraction of the price if you bought the materials yourself.

Your poultry are susceptible to extremes of heat and cold, so to be able to adapt their accommodation to suit is important. You can provide more than adequate lighting and ventilation and of course warmth if needed. With weather being so changeable it is a huge bonus to be able to be so flexible.

Chickens also need a certain amount of stimulation and you can easily meet this particular need very simply by providing walkways and perches and also ramps for them to use too.

The safety of your poultry can be pretty much guaranteed as you have complete control over the security from any predators which will give you complete peace of mind and will be one less thing to worry over knowing that they are warm , comfortable and secure on their perches and bed boxes at night.

From a hygiene point you will have the versatility to clear the waste from the coop very quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption to your chickens and of course most effectively for you in order to keep the coop as clean as possible.

So, for durable, low cost housing, building your coop really is the perfect option not just for you but your poultry too, with the added benefit of being low maintenance.

It really is very simple to meet all your chicken housing requirements with the minimum of fuss and just by researching carefully you can provide your poultry with the perfect accommodation that is more than adequate in all your chicken requirements with little or no effort at all and what could be more satisfying than that?

Building your chicken coop can be simple and great fun when you are given the correct information. They are practical, easy to assemble and can save you a fortune.

There are dozens of poultry related websites that claim to offer visitors great chicken coop plans, but few sadly seem to offer little more than a single basic design. However one of the best chicken coop design websites online that has been endorsed by hundreds of chicken breeders and owners worldwide so far contains a wealth of chicken housing data and related information that is well worth reviewing. Having had no previous Internet knowledge and a very limited computer ability meant improving online skills was paramount. This also meant achieving the goals that he had set himself was going to be a very real challenge, but one that was accepted as a necessity if the objective was to be conquered.

Added to that the overall enjoyment, fulfilment and sense of achievement that can be found in writing the articles.

One thing that has become crystal clear is the fact that you can only achieve good things in life by first helping others overcome their own restrictions, obstacles, and hurdles.

Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; so we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.

diy wedding reception FOOD :) ?

So we are on a very limited budget, we are a young couple with a daughter,a house and I'm back in college. We kind of did things backwards haha. Anyway since we have a limited budget we are thinking of catering our reception with the help of willing family. Here's the menu:
Chips salsa and guacamole on the tables
Soft and hard shell tacos with the choice of beef or chicken filling. The rest of the fillings are tomato, lettuce, hot peppers, sour cream, cheese, salsa and re-fried beans.
Sides:spanish rice and roasted veggies.
desert: wedding cake with fresh fruit(mango, pineapple etc)

We will be doing this for approximately 100 people, its a pretty laid back wedding we just want it to be fun. So any ideas? anything we should add (keep in mind money and time)? Is this enough food?

I think it sounds awesome! People of all ages love making their own stuff like this. It's also very easy for any vegetarians to make a meatless portion for themselves. I honestly can't think of anything to add.
